Drawing on years of experience working with elite athletes across a wide range of sports, from motorsport and sailing to golf, tennis, martial arts, and athletics, the Athletica Cetilar team has developed a comprehensive, adaptable training method that can be customized to meet the specific needs of professional athletes, aspiring competitors, and sports enthusiasts alike, whether they are looking to optimize performance, enhance athletic skills, or strengthen and refine their physique in a targeted way.

OUR SERVICES

STAGE 1 – AC ASSESSMENT PROTOCOL

The assessment phase begins with a comprehensive evaluation of the person’s physical condition and athletic abilities. This step is designed to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as to outline both short- and long-term personal goals.

Each assessment is conducted on a one-to-one basis with a designated trainer, in sessions that typically last between 1 to 6 hours, spread over multiple days if needed.

The assessment may include tests such as:

  • Strength
  • Resistance
  • Coordination
  • Injury prevention

In the case of professional athletes, or on request, we also perform a cardiovascular test with a Metabolimeter to assess VO2 Max, and specific strength tests with the aid of Force Platforms, Encoders and Dynamometers.

STAGE 2 – AC PERSONAL PROGRAM

The outcome of the Assessment Protocol helps define clear objectives and establishes the right approach for your training, allowing us to design a personal training program.

The Personal Program will fall into one of the following categories:

  • Performance: aimed at professional and amateur athletes looking to enhance their performance.
  • Conditioning & Prevention: for amateur athletes who want to achieve optimal athletic condition, enjoy their sport more, and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Sports Education: designed for young athletes who need guidance in developing coordination skills and laying the foundation for future athletic success.
  • Well-Fit: for individuals seeking to improve their physical and mental well-being through personalized physical activity.
  • Body Recomp: tailored for those looking to improve body composition, with a focus on weight loss through a customized training plan.
  • Muscle Gain: for those aiming to increase muscle mass or achieve an aesthetic goal through a healthy, targeted program.

Regular check-ins and assessments with our experts are crucial for tracking your progress, refining your personal training program, and ensuring continued support as you work toward optimizing your physical development and performance. Having a dedicated point of reference and guide will help you stay focused and motivated, keeping you on track to achieve your goals.
