Mental training is designed for anyone looking to enhance their psycho-physical well-being and elevate their performance, whether in sports, at work or in daily life. It focuses on developing the ability to manage stress, emotions, pressure, and performance anxiety, while strengthening key mental skills such as concentration, self-awareness, decision-making, strategic thinking and a positive mindset: all qualities that have a profound impact on mental health and quality of life.

In our Mental Zone, a dedicated 40m² space equipped with advanced software, simulators, and cutting-edge technologies, we provide individual and small group sessions aimed at developing mental resources. These sessions are guided by our sports psychology experts and mental coaches.

AC NEUROMUSCULAR TRAINING

These mental and physical training sessions focus on exercises that enhance neuromuscular coordination, precision, concentration, reactivity, and the management of mental and physical stress. The Neuromuscular Training program helps you develop the ability to maintain mental clarity, psychophysical coordination and decision-making speed even under physical fatigue and stress, simulating the challenges faced during competitive sports.

Sessions can be held individually or in small groups (up to 5 participants). This program is particularly beneficial for young athletes and those engaged in sports that demand high coordination and metabolic intensity, such as motorsport, tennis, basketball, fencing and more.

MENTAL COACHING & VISUAL TRAINING

This program is developed to support athletes, sports professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, professionals and students on a journey of true personal growth. Its goal is to cultivate a deep awareness of the mechanisms that drive optimal performance and well-being, applicable to all areas of life. Through scientific methods, the program trains individuals to coordinate their mental and physical resources effectively, with a particular focus on mastering attention management, especially through the use of visual skills.

Based on the scientific principles of Mindfulness, the method encourages personal involvement and aims to empower individuals to gain independence and responsibility, fostering a proactive approach to change as a crucial step in the path to improvement. The program encourages participants to view the desired outcome as the natural result of focused, moment-to-moment actions, helping to balance thoughts and expectations.

The training integrates both advanced on-site technology and simple, versatile tools that can be easily applied in any situation requiring their use. On request, personalized assistance is available at the individual’s place of work or activity, allowing us to observe performance under pressure and further tailor the program. Sessions can be held individually or in small groups (up to 5 participants).
